About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Stock Associate to join our team at Deckers Brands. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify shipments, handling discrepancies and ensuring accurate inventory counts
  • Assemble, pack, and ship transfers of merchandise between retail locations or distribution centers
  • Maintain a neat and orderly stockroom, adhering to safety and security protocols
  • Control damaged merchandise and mis-matched inventory according to company standards
  • Replenish and display product on the sales floor, adhering to visual merchandising standards
  • Greet customers, direct them to products, and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in a dynamic team environment, contributing to business goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail store experience preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
