As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of CMDB solutions, ensuring data accuracy, and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining IT processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive ServiceNow CMDB assessments to identify areas for enhancement and stabilization, developing a strategic roadmap for implementation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality and integrity of data within the CMDB, ensuring its accuracy and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to existing CMDB interfaces, implementing enhancements to optimize performance and usability.
  • Develop a detailed technical project plan with clearly defined milestones, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Create comprehensive ServiceNow epics and user stories, effectively communicating requirements and expectations for development teams.
  • Document key technical decisions, challenges encountered, and implemented enhancements throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide regular reports on development progress, keeping stakeholders informed of achievements and any potential roadblocks.
  • Collaborate closely with the support team to ensure a seamless transition from development to operations, minimizing disruptions and maximizing system stability.
  • Offer expert guidance and mentorship to various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-driven environment.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with project team members and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of proven experience as a technical lead for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Minimum of five years of demonstrable experience working with the ServiceNow CMDB.
