Position Overview:
The selected candidate will be tasked with managing incoming inquiries, processing orders, and promoting the company's offerings to enhance sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary customer service.
- Process orders and quotations through various methods, assisting the internal sales team with quote requests.
- Handle all incoming calls professionally.
- Collaborate with purchasing groups and suppliers to source parts and equipment.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services to ensure satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Address customer concerns promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct physical inventory checks and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, including on-call responsibilities.
- Ability to lift or move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Forklift training may be required if not already certified.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation after three months, which may involve attending for emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and customer service aptitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma.
- Sales skills and persuasiveness.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good organizational skills.
- Previous experience in HVAC-R, retail sales, or a related technical field is an asset.
- Completion of a professional degree in refrigeration or heating is a plus.
- Safety footwear is required.
