About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Leader to spearhead our team of cybersecurity analysts in safeguarding our network, systems, and data from cyber threats.

This pivotal role involves providing strategic guidance in IT Security, Infrastructure, and Network areas, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance within the global IT Infrastructure & Security team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the IT security team to ensure the implementation of robust security measures
  • Conduct thorough security risk assessments and implement effective solutions to mitigate potential threats
  • Continually enhance Information Security Architecture to stay ahead of emerging threats
  • Monitor and enforce enterprise-wide security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and manage information security risk processes to minimize potential risks
  • Establish monitoring measures for security breaches and implement incident response plans

In collaboration with the IT Staff, ensure security measures are integrated into system evaluations and configurations, providing regular reports on security incidents, service levels, and project statuses.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in managing Next Gen Firewall and Threat Management tools to ensure optimal security
  • Collaborate with Security Services provider for event responses, ensuring timely and effective incident response

Manage endpoint device standards and support administration of security systems, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance.

A minimum of 8 years of work experience in IT security and a strong understanding of IT security concepts are required.
