Job Overview:

  • Oversee food safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Quality Assurance initiatives on the production floor.
  • Implement immediate corrective measures and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Encourage proactive engagement in a dynamic food production setting.
  • Make informed daily decisions regarding quality and food safety based on established guidelines.
  • Assist in the enhancement and maintenance of facility Quality Assurance practices.
  • Engage in sensory assessments, data interpretation, and collaborative project discussions.
  • Perform product evaluations and drive improvements in the Quality Assurance system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a technical capacity within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent analytical and communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational skills.
