Job Overview

The Shift Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and ensure they are meeting company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Assist with cash management and administrative duties
  • Escalate employee issues and customer complaints to store managers
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in retail or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Provincial Cannabis Certification
  • Clear criminal record
Working Conditions
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
