Position Overview:
As the Brand Manager for Colgate Equity, you will embark on an exciting journey to define and enhance Colgate's brand equity in North America. This role involves bringing the brand's purpose to life and developing a social impact platform aligned with Colgate's mission to tackle the oral health crisis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a dynamic brand team, reporting to a senior member, to strengthen the emotional connection between the brand and consumers, fostering overall equity growth.
- Lead the development of business and innovation strategies for key brands, identifying priorities and creating actionable workstreams.
- Manage the P&L effectively to meet net sales and profitability objectives.
- Partner with key agencies to create impactful, integrated marketing campaigns and innovative concepts.
- Utilize people-centric insights driven by a deep understanding of culture, customers, and data analysis to inform strategies.
- Oversee the briefing process with internal marketing teams to guide communications.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in finance, sales, or marketing, or 8 years of commercial experience combined with an MBA.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering strong results.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay is determined based on various non-discriminatory factors, including experience, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and market location. In addition to a competitive base salary, employees may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for executive roles. Employees and their eligible dependents can participate in company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans.

Employees enjoy a minimum of 13 paid holidays annually, along with a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave each year, consistent with applicable laws.
