Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization, CHEZRANTI COMMUNITY CENTRE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement, accuracy, and efficiency in decision-making.
  • Ability to manage a large workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Executive Director will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing a team of over 20 people, including staff in various areas of responsibility and contractors.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Working Hours:

The working hours are 30 to 44 hours per week.
