Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source sprinkler system projects while collecting all necessary information.
  • Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes and industry standards.
  • Maintain and adhere to the established service schedule.
  • Facilitate all required communication and documentation for timely billing and payroll processes.
  • Offer insights and recommendations to clients regarding additional products or services offered by our organization.
  • Develop budgets while being accountable for the outcomes.
  • Provide technical assistance, foster team development, and oversee training for direct reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of Community College in Fire Protection Engineering (or equivalent experience) or work experience as a Fire Sprinkler Journeyman.
  • Familiarity with various NFPA Codes, particularly NFPA 13, 14, 20, 25, 10, etc.
  • Preferred experience in a Sales, Supervisor, or Design capacity within the Fire Protection sector.
  • Experience in Project Estimation and Management is advantageous.
  • Ideal candidates will have Management and Supervisory experience.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
