Infrastructure Program Manager
CB Canada is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager for a long-term engagement. This role involves overseeing the replacement of aging systems across various operational domains including user collaboration, facilities management, server infrastructure, hosting solutions, networking, and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the completion of the Project Lifecycle from Initiation to Closure, adhering to established TDS & PMO policies and frameworks, including Agile methodologies;
  • Manage programs from inception to completion, with a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards;
  • Engage with senior stakeholders at the Director and VP levels to ensure alignment and satisfaction;
  • Oversee and mentor team members involved in the program and related projects;
  • Recruit and contract necessary personnel for program execution;
  • Collaborate with Operations and Departmental managers to secure required resources;
  • Maintain oversight of program finances, including budget tracking and forecasting;
  • Provide regular updates on program health through schedules, status reports, and financial summaries;
  • Document and manage any changes in scope that may affect timelines, budgets, or quality;
  • Act as a liaison between program collaborators and the project teams;
  • Identify, address, and escalate issues and risks as necessary;
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

Essential Skills
  • Over 10 years of experience leading IT projects in complex corporate environments;
  • Proven background in IT Lifecycle Management or IT Asset Management;
  • Strong planning and resource management capabilities;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies in Infrastructure projects;
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing project teams for over a decade;
  • Proficient in Project & Portfolio Management tools and methodologies;
  • Experience managing programs with budgets exceeding $10M;
  • Exemplary management and team leadership skills;
  • Expertise in Cost Management, Change Management, and Risk Management;
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Management principles;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences;
  • Knowledge of Mining, Natural Resources, or Industrial sectors is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Scrum Master certification;
  • Agile Certified Practitioner;
  • PMP certification.
