Swing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Swing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality control standards are maintained.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on customer service and quality control.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
As a Swing Manager at McDonald's, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a combination of sitting and standing positions.
