Senior Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Wright Construction Western Inc. as a key member of our estimating department.
About the Role:- Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project goals and objectives.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
- Utilize industry software and tools to prepare estimates and reports.
- Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects.
- Develop and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors.
- Liaise with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating.
- Gold Seal Membership in the Canadian Construction Association.
- Membership in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
