Position Overview: Footcare Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine footcare procedures, including nail care, callus management, and treatment of minor foot conditions in clients' residences, adhering to best practice standards.
  • Utilize provided foot care instruments and autoclaving services as necessary.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be supplied.

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN/RN/RPN license in British Columbia.
  • Completion of a recognized foot care training program.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and their families.
  • Proficient technical skills for accurate and timely documentation using our online systems.
