About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Beverly Bottle Depot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and make change as needed.
  • Scan Items: Effectively scan products, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Tabulate Total Payment: Calculate and collect payment from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Receive Payment: Handle customer payments, process returns, and provide refunds as necessary.
  • Calculate Daily/Shift Payments: Reconcile daily sales with cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Greet Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Assist Customers with Self-Checkout: Support customers with self-checkout, addressing any technical issues or concerns.
