About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Ramada Golden. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Stocking and Supply Management: Stock linen closet and ensure that all necessary supplies are available for housekeeping staff.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, handle and report lost and found items, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
