Senior Product Manager Risk&Data

Shakepay is revolutionizing financial services to empower every Canadian with a fair chance at financial freedom. As a Senior Product Manager, Risk&Data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our risk management strategy and ensuring the security and integrity of our platform.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, marketing, compliance, and customer support, to deliver a world-class product experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product strategy for risk decisioning, leveraging data to inform decision-making processes.
- Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of risk management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Own product development end-to-end, from conception to launch to scale-up, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for B2C risk management in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with risk management software, tools, and methodologies.
- Track record of shipping products that have delivered meaningful results.
