Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the store. This position involves overseeing daily operations and managing staff to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and oversee their performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire new employees and facilitate their training to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring that merchandise is readily available.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers, address their inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports related to sales performance and staff activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.

Work Conditions
