Retail Sales Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our retail team at Brand Momentum. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, assess customer needs, and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Sales: Go the extra mile to drive sales, actively seek out customers in store, and remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Inventory Management: Comply with inventory control procedures and visual merchandising standards, and support with cash handling and inventory duties including restocking of products.
- Teamwork: Act as a team member to achieve sales targets and goals, and support with corporate gifting.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including preparing Daily Bank Deposits.
Qualifications:
- Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role.
- Customer Service Skills: Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles.
- Sales Performance: Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with POS transactions and familiarity with inventory procedures.
- Communication Skills: Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and energetic personality.
- Availability: Availability to work flexible shifts.
- Education: High school diploma.
