Job Summary

Constant Home Comfort is seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance
    • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the preparation and submission of reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    • Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication
    • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to team members.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
    • Offer mentoring and coaching to team members to enhance their performance.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgment, and reliability.
    • Work collaboratively as a team player, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Working Conditions
  • 30 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
