Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in defining and executing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and data analytics, to enhance product features and innovations that align with business goals.
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and upkeep of booking, payment, and third-party integrations related to sales funnels.
- Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to refine growth strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key growth metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and growth hacking techniques to maintain Prenuvo's competitive edge in the healthtech sector.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in defining experiments, establishing success criteria, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to enhance user experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret large data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks, projects, and resources effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

CompensationThe base salary for this position ranges from $117,593 to $147,000, depending on experience.
