About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team at SMQ Innovative Technology Ltd. As an IT Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives through the effective design, development, and implementation of information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis
    • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify technical requirements and ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • System Design and Development
    • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Technical Advisory
    • Provide expert technical advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Security and Risk Management
    • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Usability Testing
    • Conduct usability testing to ensure that information systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in IT consulting and business analysis.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Arrangements
    • Permanent full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week.
