Sommaire du poste :

L'analyste financier sera principalement responsable de la gestion du cycle comptable complet d'un ou de plusieurs secteurs d'activités adjacents au Réseau de santé Vitalité. Vous serez également responsable de la gestion des portefeuilles d'investissement.

Responsabilités :

  • Gestion du cycle comptable complet, y compris la préparation des états financiers et la gestion des portefeuilles d'investissement.
  • Support à la direction dans la gestion financière, y compris la préparation du budget et la gestion des finances.
  • Gestion de divers projets d'amélioration des processus opérationnels et financiers.
  • Développement d'outils d'analyse financière complexes.
  • Surveillance des résultats financiers.

Exigences :

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires avec une spécialisation en comptabilité.
  • Désignation comptable professionnelle (CPA) est préféré.
  • Minimum de sept (7) années d'expérience pertinente dans les processus et procédures comptables et l'analyse complexe des résultats financiers.
  • Expérience pertinente en gestion de placements est un atout important.
  • Expérience pertinente en amélioration de processus et dans l'implémentation des meilleures pratiques.

Compétences requises :

  • Excellentes connaissances des principes comptables et financiers.
  • Capacité d'établir des priorités et d'atteindre des objectifs.
  • Capacité de résoudre des problématiques complexes.
  • Capacité de gérer simultanément plusieurs projets à la fois.
  • Capacité d'analyse, de rédaction et de synthèse.

Conditions d'emploi :

  • Disponibilité à voyager à l'intérieur du territoire du Réseau.
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome.
  • Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné.
  • Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité).
