Job Title: Post Office Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Post Office Clerk to join our team at Bear Creek Market Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Mail Handling: Bundle, label, bag, and route mail into the proper delivery stream.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform routine clerical duties, record and balance daily transactions, and record special delivery and registered mail.
  • Sales: Sell stamps, prepaid mail, and courier envelopes and money orders.
  • Mail Sorting: Sort mail according to destination.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of mail transactions and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Post office.
