Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Post Office Clerk at Bear Creek Market Ltd. As a Post Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing mail and packages, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Sort and process mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding mail services and products
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
