Senior Training Consultant

The Self Management Group, a prominent authority in Talent Management for over 40 years, is dedicated to assisting leading organizations globally in constructing high-performing teams through effective talent selection, development, and training. Our unique methodology, featuring the POP – Predictor of PotentialTM, provides valuable insights to identify and cultivate high-potential individuals. We are in search of a seasoned trainer, coach, and entrepreneur to work closely with the President of our PLUS Company in revitalizing our esteemed training offerings for both new and existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategies to enhance the visibility of SMG training offerings to prospective clients
  • Build and nurture B2B partnerships through strategic networking and outreach
  • Facilitate negotiations and secure sales agreements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in B2B sales or entrepreneurial ventures
  • Previous experience in training, coaching, or entrepreneurship within the Talent Management sector
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a robust sales orientation
