Position Overview

The Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport is seeking a dedicated Night Operations Supervisor to oversee our evening team and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school diploma
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and manage work schedules and operational procedures
  • Assign tasks and review performance of team members
  • Recruit and train staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards
  • Address and resolve guest complaints effectively
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and materials
