Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Operations Supervisor to join our team at Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our hotel during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Guest Relations: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks to prevent shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
