Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
    • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment
    • Work under pressure

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
