Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team members to achieve their best, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new hires, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and other key performance indicators.
As a Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied.
- Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Communication: Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to team members and customers.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, supporting each other in times of need.
- Initiative: Take ownership of tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
