About the Role

FIBERCOMM COMMUNICATIONS LTD is seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical problems, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies.
  • Lead a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance on project management, coordination, and review.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, and Indigenous people.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
