Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability and Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintenance of our equipment and facilities. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency
  2. Lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
  4. Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects
  5. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  1. 7+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability management
  2. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  3. Bachelor's degree in a related field
  4. Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with CMMS software and other maintenance management tools
  2. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  3. Experience with budgeting and financial management
