Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail environment at Universal Health Pharmacy. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage staff and maintain high standards of customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
Work Environment
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer for suitable candidates.
  • Candidates must be willing to relocate as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and mentor staff, including apprentices and volunteers.
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates to optimize store operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Authorize merchandise returns and manage inventory effectively.
  • Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Engage in direct sales and promote products to customers.
  • Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system and oversee payroll processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
