Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bilingual Scrum Master to support process implementation and improvement in our IT Gating and Governance group.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day operation and coordination of intakes for the cross-functional squad of assessors to review and process
- Working in close collaboration with ITG&G Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst to facilitate planning, squad learning, and adaptation of the process to ensure the squad meets established goals
- Facilitating scrum ceremonies, including grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and other activities
- Building a collaborative and supportive culture within the squad, encouraging and enabling squad members to seek out new opportunities to enhance squad processes and problem-solving
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a focus on process improvement
- Experience with Lean IT process implementation, including Kanban and Scrum techniques such as refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, and retrospection
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- KPI definition and dashboard design
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SAS)
- Experience and knowledge in the insurance field
