Senior Agile Scrum Master

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agile Scrum Master to join our team at S.i. Systèmes. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating agile methodologies for a major banking client.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily activities of a multidisciplinary team
Diagnose problematic situations and implement solutions
Support the product owner in prioritizing and refining activities
Assist the manager by proactively raising issues
Coordinate deployments with team members
Act as an agile coach for less experienced colleagues
Maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master practicing Agile methodologies
Bilingualism in French/English
Financial services experience
Preferred Qualifications:
CSM certification

As a Senior Agile Scrum Master, you will contribute to the planning, organization, and delivery of functions that maximize value for our business partners. You will work in a SAFe mode and facilitate the daily activities of a multidisciplinary team.
