Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Manager to become part of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions, leading the team, and ensuring efficient operations across all tasks. This role demands exceptional organizational capabilities and the capacity to manage diverse administrative responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and coordinate daily schedules with subcontractors.
  2. Manage contractors related to building maintenance.
  3. Establish and uphold office protocols.
  4. Address customer service requests and provide necessary assistance.
  5. Source pricing and procure materials for both new and ongoing projects.
  6. Manage phone systems and handle incoming communications.
  7. Accurately perform data entry tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a managerial capacity, ideally within an administrative context.
  2. Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Fluency in Punjabi is required.
  4. Familiarity with office procedures and computerized systems.
  5. Outstanding customer service and support skills.
  6. Proficient in operating phone systems.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $16.55 per hour

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Educational Background:

  • Secondary School education (preferred)

Experience Requirements:
