About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving data excellence, leadership, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing data platform roadmap to address gaps and maximize data capabilities and business insights.
  • Lead the analysis of sales and marketing data, analytics, and insights to identify opportunities and create a culture of success-sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize analytics initiatives and employ best-practice lead tracking tactics and strategies throughout the home-buyer shopping journey.
  • Establish clear objectives and success metrics, direct performance, measurement, reporting, and digital marketing platform analysis.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years relevant and progressive experience in data visualization tools, analytics tools, CRM Systems, and marketing automation systems.
  • Excellent understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization as well as data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data analytics to derive insights and support the decision-making process.
