About the Team

The Terminal team is revolutionizing in-person payments by making it as easy for businesses to accept payments as it is online. With Terminal, businesses can unlock new revenue streams and create seamless checkout experiences for their customers.

Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the Terminal Commerce Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating world-class checkout experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a compelling vision for the Terminal Commerce Experience and break it down into actionable milestones and OKRs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our users and merchants.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform your decision-making and measure the success of your initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in building consumer-facing experiences and executing on ambitious product roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make complex concepts accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working on developer products and building interfaces that support both internal and external users.
  • Strong technical aptitude and systems thinking, with a Computer Science degree or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in fintech and/or payments.
What We Offer

At Stripe, we offer a competitive salary range of C$151,200 - C$226,800, depending on location and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including equity, company bonus, sales commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
