Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of garage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient completion of tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet the needs of the garage.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the garage is maintained in a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a garage or automotive facility.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
