Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at ELOQUENT AUTOMOTIVE GROUP LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing effective communication strategies to engage with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Development: Plan and coordinate development projects to achieve business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct surveys and analyze data to understand the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
- Content Creation: Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles to inform and engage our audience.
- Public Relations: Act as a spokesperson for our organization and respond to written and oral inquiries.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
- Event Planning: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness about our brand.
- Research and Development: Gather, research, and prepare communications materials to support our marketing efforts.
- Media Relations: Establish and maintain contact with the media to secure press coverage and promote our brand.
- Business Operations: Ensure that all necessary business licenses are in place and up-to-date.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.
- Client Focus: Prioritize client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey information.
- Judgement: Make informed decisions that align with our business objectives.
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
