Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for software development projects.
- Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of new systems and enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the Digital Business Services team during the system development lifecycle.
- Translate technical details into clear, concise documents for business users.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant systems development experience in a business analyst or functional consultant role.
- 2-3 years working with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or similar CRM platform required.
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology.
- Proven experience eliciting and documenting requirements.
- Superior problem-solving skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
