Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at Nurse Collision Centre in Whitby, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, while ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine vehicle repair requirements and develop repair plans
  • Review damage reports and prepare repair cost estimates
  • Remove damaged parts and replace front-end components, body components, doors, frames, and underbody components
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure repairs are functioning properly and the overall appearance of the completed work
  • Mentor, coach, and train apprentices in the collision centre

Requirements

  • Completion of a post-secondary program and training courses
  • Heavy collision experience required
  • Access to a repair bay and personal frame rack
  • I-CAR certification training and I-CAR welding certification
  • Experience repairing luxury and electric vehicles
  • A valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
