The Electrical Supervisor is a key member of our team at Site Resource Group, responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our projects. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule site personnel to meet project objectives.
  • Assist with the optimization of mechanical and electrical design drawings.
  • Prepare and review reports on progress, costs, and materials used.
  • Maintain accurate records of time worked, materials used, and any incidents or accidents.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Bluebeam and other project management software.
  • Understanding of construction execution strategy and electrical codes.
  • Journeyman ticket in Electrical or instrumentation.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work safely and follow/understand procedures.
  • Ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor project performance.
