Job Title: Boilermaker Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker Specialist to join our team at MBEZ. As a Boilermaker Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing boilers and other heavy metal equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute the installation of boilers and other heavy metal equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers and other heavy metal equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Develop and implement templates for boiler installation and maintenance
  • Supervise and train other workers on boiler installation and maintenance procedures
  • Set up and operate heavy-metal working machines to cut and shape metal into parts
  • Fit and weld parts together to assemble boilers and other heavy metal equipment
  • Repair and maintain boilers and other heavy metal equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in boilermaking and heavy metal fabrication
  • Boilermaker Trade Certification
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
