Job Title: Boilermaker Specialist

At MBEZ, we are seeking a skilled Boilermaker Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the fabrication of heavy metal equipment, ensuring high-quality results and meeting strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute the fabrication of heavy metal equipment, including boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Develop and implement templates for efficient fabrication processes.
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Perform informal inspections of completed welds to ensure quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in boilermaking or a related field.
  • Boilermaker Trade Certification and Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
