Senior Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Manager to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness. As a Senior Retail Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of retail professionals to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team leadership, and business results. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and sales strategies.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all store systems and processes are running smoothly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of success in retail management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team leadership, and business results.
- Retail Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and sales strategies.
