About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at PatternStone Inc. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Check and weigh materials and products, sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products.
  • Assistance: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in their daily tasks.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Quality Control: Perform other laboring and elemental activities as required.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: The role requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: The position involves physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is crucial in this role to ensure accuracy and quality in material handling and processing.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination: Good hand-eye coordination is required to operate machinery and perform tasks efficiently.
Requirements and Preferences
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required for communication and teamwork.
  • Work Schedule: The role requires working 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
