Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and patient records.
- Administrative Support
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week in an urban area health care institution, facility, or clinic.
