Packaging Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Brar Natural Flour Milling Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the packaging operations, ensuring efficient and effective production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise packaging staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- Prepare production and other reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of packaging staff.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a packaging or production role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail, work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
