As a Software Quality Specialist, you play a crucial role in developing and executing a software quality assurance strategy within a medium to large-scale focus area. Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities to enhance the team's quality processes and collaborating with architects, developers, and analysts to streamline automation efforts and propose effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the formulation of the quality strategy for designated teams, determining necessary tests to ensure comprehensive coverage aligned with the targeted test level, while coordinating with other teams.
  • Develop and refine test cases for automation, continuously optimizing them, overseeing the design and monitoring of test cases identified by the team, and documenting those for which you are accountable in the software test records.
  • Organize test preparation, environments, and data in collaboration with teammates and colleagues from other disciplines.
  • Conduct thorough testing (both manual and automated) as assigned.
  • Monitor test outcomes in accordance with the established product quality strategy.
  • Provide insights and metrics on quality development processes for the teams you support.
  • Assist fellow specialists in defining various scopes (stories, releases, sprints, projects, tests).
  • Document technical solutions and best practices to ensure the sustainability of products.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in software quality assurance analysis and automation.
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP API testing (REST-assured).
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in French is required.
  • Strong skills in Java.
  • Expertise in test automation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Xray for Jira, Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, Postman, Cucumber and Gherkin, Docker, Kubernetes, Git Bash, and Swagger.
  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Understanding of databases and SQL queries.
