Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2345359 Alberta LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated staff. The work schedule will be 35 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
